I am happy to say that today, the 17 of October, 2004, The Federation (for this Universe) selected Wistancia Stone to become the Head Teacher for the United States of America.

The Federation Letter

We, at The Federation’s Department of Health, have agreed to let Wistancia Stone receive the Exclusive Education and the Unique Knowledges of the Highest School of Universal White Time Healing. This important role of hers, as a Head Teacher, comes not only with great honor of stepping into the role, but also with great responsibilities overlighted by us in the Universe. This education will start today and its evolving steps and levels will continue for some years to come. The training of New Teachers for Universal White Time Healing for America for Level One will start as soon as Wistancia Stone has reached the right level for that step. This will make a brand new start for America and will open up this great country of yours for a more open acceptance of Universal White Time Healing.

(In July 2005, I returned from training and education with my mentor, Channie Cha, and am now educated as Head Teacher for the Third Level of Universal White Time Healing. This means, among other things, that I can now choose and train teachers at the third level. I will be educated to train teachers at the fourth level in the near future.)
